Featuring Kawazu Sakura
Festival Spring season is perhaps the best season to visit Japan. With its magnificent and breath taking cotton like view, you will absolutely like it.
Held yearly from early February to early March in Kawazu City, usually kawazu-zakura starts blooming from early February for about a month. The petals of this kind of cherry blossoms have deeper pink in color and its really stunning in full bloom! Kawazu Cherry Trees were first discovered in Kawazu in 1950s and they were then systematically planted across the city and along the sides of Kawazu River.
